HL7+ Client Installation Features
The HL7+ Installation Features are made up of over 25 separate Program executables, MS Windows Service programs and API DLLs which form the basis of 4 major HL7 functional systems, an end-user HL7 general purpose WYSIWYG editor and a comprehensive suite of HL7 development tools for Visual Studio all of which install with the HL7+ Client Console. The major systems are shown below.
The HL7+ TCP/IP Listener. Provides inbound HL7 TCP/IP services for as many ports as you need. Configures in minutes and allows you to run either as a MS Windows Service or as a desktop application for testing and development. See the HL7+ TCP/IP LIstener for more information. |

The HL7+ TCP/IP Router / Sender. Provides outbound HL7 TCP/IP services to as many different destinations as you need. The HL7+ SQL Database Schema Engine. HL7 database services for both Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL. Configures in minutes and allows you to run either as a MS Windows Service or as a desktop application for testing and development. Create an instant data warehouse of your HL7 messages! The HL7+ Visual Studio Objects. A set of comprehensive, easy to use Visual Studio class library DLLs for working with HL7 messages. Create as many applications as you like and deploy them to any computer/server running the HL7+ Client Console software for only US$10.00 per installation per year. If your HL7+ Client has been created as a DEMO (Evaluation) installation there will be some limitations on use, time, and functionality as explained below.
DEMO Installation Example
1.While in DEMO mode the HL7+ Features with runtime modules may not install or run any of their MS Windows Services and must run in "Local Mode" as a desktop application. These include the HL7+ Listener, Router, SQL Schema Engine, and Postmaster.
2.While in DEMO mode those HL7+ Features described in #2 will only "run" for 5 minutes per session in "Local Mode" before they have to be reset to run again for another 5 minutes.
3.DEMO installations expire 30 days after they are created in the HL7+ Management Console and cannot be renewed, they must either be converted to LIVE or purged once they expire.
