Open Postmaster Reports from either the File Menu or the Main Toolbar in the main Postmaster window.
The Report Window
Postmaster Reports are always for the currently selected postmaster.
There are 2 different reports for you to choose from, the Summary Report and the Detailed Report. See below for some examples:
Postmaster Name: Postmaster #1 Enabled: Yes HL7 Definition: Default (2.5.1) Runs in: Service Instance #1
Distribution Folder: C:\HL7 Postmasters\Postmaster 1\(*.hl7) Inbound Processing: While any process may create HL7 message data files in the central distribution folder, HL7 message data will be also be collected from the 'Other HL7 Data Sources' shown below and written to the distribution folder. Outbound Processing: HL7 messages will be extracted from data files in the distribution folder above and dispatched to the destinations shown below. All files in the distribution folder must have a file extension which matches (*.hl7) or they will be ignored. Files in the distribution folder which do not contain HL7 messages will be placed into the errors sub-folder \UPM_ErrorFiles with a file extension matching the source file. All HL7 messages detected which DO NOT MEET any defined destination's matching instructions will be placed into the undeliverable sub-folder \UPM_UnDeliverable.
