Whenever you perform a billable action like activating or renewing your HL7+ subscription or creating a LIVE HL7+ Installation an invoice for that action will automatically be created. As it is created automated notification emails will be sent to the recipient(s) you have entered into your Billing Profile informing them that an invoice has been created and how much that invoice is for.

 

In your Billing Profile you indicate the primary intended recipient in the Bill Notifications To field. You can optionally indicate that you want notifications CC (copied to) another party by checking the CC Invoice box and entering a different email address and contact name.

 

If you wish customer service will also create a shadow copy of the invoice online via PayPal to the recipient(s) you specify for payment with a credit/debit card or PayPal. If you want us to do this just check the Create 'Online' Invoices box. NOTE: This option does NOT occur automatically and it may take up to 24 hours before the PayPal invoice is delivered.

 

If desired, you can also enter a short note which will be included in the body of all notification emails. Use this feature if the recipient(s) need a gentle reminder of why they are getting these emails.
