From the Log In window click the Forgot Your Password link to open the password recovery window.

 

 

 

 

In the password recovery enter your HermeTech Customer ID (email address) OR your HermeTech Account Number and click the Request Password button. If you have entered a valid credential an automated email will be generated giving you your account information.

 

HINT: Make sure that you check your SPAM filter. This will be an automated email and many email servers will automatically route them to SPAM or reject them outright. If this option does not work for you then contact customer service for assistance.
