You use the HL7+ Management Console software to create and maintain your HL7+ Client Installations which run the HL7+ Client Console software. While you can run the management console software on the same computer/server as the client console software it is not required and was not designed with that in mind. Typically you run the management console on YOUR computer, you can even download the management console in a thumb drive package and carry it with you to run on any computer as needed without installing it at all.
